Richard's Manufacturing has been in business since 1976 and currently employs machinists with up to 25 years of machining experience on lathes and mills.
Company Profile
Richard's Manufacturing is a precision machine shop based on small and large quantity orders. Machining capacities range is from 3/8" Rd. up to 28" Rd. and length up to 20' long. Our milling capacity is from very small parts, up to parts as large as 30" wide x 150" long. Most of our machinery is late model Mori Seiki's.
Delivery
We have multiple trucks and trailers that we use to deliver to customers within an approximate 400 mile radius of Duncan,OK. We consistently deliver products to many of our clients in Houston, Texas.
Materials
Our experience in material handling includes all types of Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys, Alloy Steel, K-500 Monel, Titanium, Inconel, Tungsten, Nitronic 50, Cast Iron, Brass, Bronze, Aluminum, and various castings, as well as a wide variety of plastics, including Peek, Vespal, Nylon, Torlon, etc.
Certification
Material Test Reports, Outside Operation Certifications, and our own Certificates of Conformance are provided and retained on all parts manufactured by Richard's Manufacturing, providing complete traceability. We will provide certification as requested for each customer's needs.
Ongoing Customer Relations
We provide machining for the General Commercial Wireline, Semiconductor, Heavy Industrial, and other industries. A full list of customers can be provided at your request.
Inspection Facilities and Equipment
We have a fully enclosed Inspection Department. All measurement and test equipment is calibrated and maintained according to NIST and per our Quality Control manual.
Our inspection equipment includes:
- Wenzel LH 87 CMM
- Brown & Sharp Micro Height
- Mitutoyo & Nikon 14" Optical Comparator with DRO
- Many surface plates, height gauges
- Inspection Grade Gauge Blocks
All of which are certified and traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
We also employ numerous sets of
- Dial Bore Gauges
- Groove Mics
- O.D. and I.D. Mics
- Indicators
- Many other quality inspection instruments
Our Quality Control Manual is based on ISO-9001:2000, and the exacting standards of our customers.
Quality and Experience
All machines and operators are capable of and experienced in holding tolerances of +/-.0001 or closer. We are also experienced in machining of all Casing and Tubing Threads, Acme, Stub-Acme, and V-Threads, and cutting of O-Ring grooves and fine finishes and concentricity's.
